Yohimbe

Good Morning everybody. Yohimbe is our herb of interest this morning. The yohimbe tree is a native to Africa. It has become popular due to the reputation it is gaining as a strong aphrodisiac affecting both male and female impotency. A testosterone precursor, Yohimbe is an effective body builder. It is a hormone stimulant and is a strong athletic formula herb where increased testosterone is needed. The bark of this tropical tree has been smoked, rubbed on the body, ingested and sniffed, for its effect on sexual interest and performance. The bark has long been valued as an aphrodisiac. The plant yields yohimbine hydrochloride, which in the form of an alkaloid salt, yohimbine hydrochloride, has been used in prescription formulas to improve sexual performance. The drug yohimbine dilates the blood vessels of the skin and mucous membranes, thus bringing the blood closer to the surface of the sex organs and simultaneously lowering blood pressure. The problem with yohimbe as an aphrodisiac is that if the blood pressure is normally low, fatigue may produce temporary impotence instead of vigorous performance. Yohimbe should never be taken at the same time as foods or substances containing tyramine which is an amino acid. Foods high in tyramine include liver, cheese, and red wine as should certain diet aids and decongestants. NOTE: This herb should be avoided if there is high blood pressure or hearth arrhythmia. The information contained therein is intended to encourage better sexual relations between married couples, and not to promote fornication in any way, shape, form or fashion. So in your quest for good health today, do me and yourself a favor do a good deed. Remember GOD willing a good deed replaces a bad one. Check out the store today http://astore.amazon.com/heame-20. Thought of the day: Whether we believe it or not, one day we will have to stand before GOD to answer for how we lived our lives on this earth. All of the scriptures that we encounter throughout the course of our lives are not mere coincidence. They were put here for a reason. Let's try to follow them to the best of our abilities, so that we will at least have a chance on the day when the dead are brought back to life.

The Healing Power of Ginger

Good Friday Everybody. T.G.I.F, the best day of the week. Today we will discuss the benefits of using Ginger. Ginger was first introduced to the Americas in the early 16th century by the Spaniards. It became so popular among the Europeans that in 1884, Great Britain imported over 5 million pounds of the root. It has been said by researchers at Cornell University Medical College that, Ginger may help prevent strokes and hardening of the arteries. The active ingredient in ginger, gingerol, is proven effective in preventing recurrences of so-called "little strokes." Aspirin has currently been lauded medically for its blood thinning properties which help prevent heart problems. What has not been addressed however, is the fact that the aspirin has serious side effects, such as causing stomach and intestinal ulcers, which often hemorrhage causing death. Ginger thins the blood and lowers cholesterol. It is known to reduce fevers. It can used to relieve vomiting and to soothe the stomach and spleen in the process. Ginger has a reducing effect on migraine headaches without the side effects of drugs. With the stress and strain found in modern women, Ginger is remarkable in alleviating menstrual cramps. Ginger is beneficial during pregnancy: it is excellent for morning sickness and has lots of minerals. Here is a small list of the benefits of using Ginger: bronchitis (chronic), childhood diseases, circulation (poor), colds, coughs, cramps, fevers, flu , gas, headaches, learning problems, sore throat and whooping cough, just to name a few. Like this and all other herbs the health benefits of using Ginger are tremendous, so if you or anyone you know are suffering from the above conditions, give Ginger a try and let me know the outcome. So in your quest for good health today, do me and yourself a favor, do a good deed. Remember GOD willing a good deed cancels out a bad one. Have a great Day!! Today is Friday, the best day of the week and also payday, do something nice for you and/or your loved ones today click here http://astore.amazon.com/heame-20 and buy you and/or your loved ones something nice.

Many believe that it lowers blood pressure, while being beneficial to aid in kidney and liver function. Some believe that celery seed will assist in controlling dizziness and headaches. Celery also produces perspiration and therefore, is good for those wanting to lose weight. Celery seed has been found to help regulate the nervous system by producing a calming effect. Celery helps in diseases of chemical imbalance and acts as an antioxidant. Both stems and seeds have been reported to help balance acidity in the body. It has been used to treat arthritis in cases of complete crippling and severe malformation. In some cases, where the patient was full of arthritic spurs, the spurs were dissolved from the body in about nine months to a year. In this research, celery juice was the primary ingredient being administered to the patients mixed with freshly squeezed carrot juice. Celery also stimulates sex drive and is helpful for the relief of headaches. Celery is a sedative, yet it has a stimulating effect on the kidney and will produce an increased flow of urine. No More Anxiety

Good Morning Everybody. The hot topic of the day is Scullcap. Scullcap is a herb that was considered in the old times to be a remedy for rabies. It's name was derived from the Latin "scutella" which means small dish in reference to the shape of the flower, which resembles a cap in appearance. Scullcap calms the nervous system without narcotic properties, quiets the person and often brings about natural sleep. It has been said that, Scullcap is a slow-working, but sure remedy for practically all nervous affections, but must be taken on the regular basis for a long period of time to be a permanent benefit. Scullcap gives a person the feeling of inner calm allowing a relaxed sleep. It is effective in easing the problems associated with drug and alcohol withdrawal and drug use. Scullcap is well noted for its abilities in spasmodic afllictions as with St. Vitus's Dance (involuntary jerking motion), epilepsy; etc., acting to quiet the nerves. Scullcap helps rebuild nerve endings in the brain. It is also beneficial to use for headaches arising from excessive coughing due to a nervous condition. Some of the main benefits of Scullcap are: anxiety, convulsions, epilepsy, exhaustion (nervous), fevers, INFERTILITY, insomnia, muscle twitching, nervous conditions, restlessness, rheumatism, and sleeplessness. If you or someone you know are suffering from any of these conditions, here's the help you've been looking for. As noted earlier with this and most other herbs, it is wise to take them on the regular basis so that they will have time to work in your system. I am a firm believer that an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure. So in your quest for good health today do me and yourself a favor, do a good deed.
