Why do people say they want to lose weight but never take the first step in doing so, even though they are armed with the proper knowledge? What I plan to do with this blog is bring some good tips on how to get healthy and stay healthy, using a common sense approach, without all of the strenuous diet and exercise that has been normally affiliated or misconcieved with losing weight. Don't get me wrong I think any kind of diet and a whole lot of exercise will make anybody lose weight, but I'm talking about making a couple of lifestyle changes that can change your life for the rest of your life. I not saying that it will make you live longer, but what I am saying is that with the help of the good lord, and proper diet of moderation and a moderate exercise regimen can change a person's life in a positive way forever.
