Pills or Herbal is the next question one might ask. I have tried both the pills and the herbal cleanse. I found that the herbal package is a little more expensive, but I think it works better and you can literally see the results. Now being on a colon cleanse require a lot of discipline. For the best results, a person has to stick strictly to the manufacturers guidelines. You can't be a slave to your taste buds. In my opinion 2 months of discipline is worth a lifetime of change. If you are sincere in changing your current health status, then set your mind to it and just do it. Don't let nothing get in your way.
